100cl / 40.2% – Vaione Gin started life as a home-distilled spirit made by John Sexton and his son Anthony (who is also one half of Hidden World Gin). The Sextons took their gin, made with a blend of traditional London Dry Gin botanicals and fresh local citrus fruits, to the public in 2006 and Vaione has been winning awards ever since. A vibrant citrusy spirit that works particularly well in a Gin Fizz.
