Colour: Warm gold. Nose: Delicate, honey cream with light floral malt, hints of wild fennel and a complex sweetness. Taste: A luscious ensnarement of dry oaky vanilla and clean creamy malt which never overpower a natural sweetness. Finish: A proclivity to dryness with slight peppery tones. Tomintoul without its clothes on.
