70cl / 42.7% / Douglas Laing – A limited-edition 20-year-old Timorous Beastie Highland blended malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing and named for Robert Burns’ famous poem ‘To A Mouse’. Unlike its namesake, this whisky is anything but timorous, offering notes of vanilla, malted barley, meringue, honey and orange throughout the palate.
