Tanduay Double Rum Single Modernist Rum

70cl / 40% – A sweet and fruity Filipino rum from Tanduay that is made by combining 16-year-old and five-year-old rums, and marrying them in ex-bourbon barrels for two years before bottling. Aromas of vanilla, caramelised pineapple, toasted almonds, cherries and honeysuckle fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.
