70cl / 42% – An aromatic rum from St James in Martinique, Quintessence is a combination of some of the finest casks at St James, and each bottles is presented in a stylish decanter, reminiscent of traditional perfume bottles. Fruity aromas of figs, dates, mocha and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of oak spice and stewed fruit.
