Rare Michelob Beer Underwriter’s Laboratories Elecrtrical Sign Vintage Barware Small

I can’t find anything online about this great old Michelob beer sign. It was made by Underwriters Laboratories, a company that made many different kinds of lamps. It is not large & measures 9 long & 2.5 wide. It has clamps underneath to clip it to a bar, I’m assuming. It is marked underneath. I plugged it in & it doesn’t light up It would need to be repaired.
