70cl / 54.1% – This Batch Strength release of Peat’s Beast has been matured for nine months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, creating a layer of fruity spice amid the waves of rich peat smoke on the nose. The palate offers notes of dates, figs, seaweed, black pepper, burnt bracken and vanilla that linger in the finish.
