75cl / 12.5% – A Grand Cru Champagne from grower-producer Paul Déthune, made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Flavours of honeysuckle, bergamot and ripe wheat are followed by a delicate, creamy honey on the finish.
