Distilled from Scottish barley in 2013, Octomore 10.1 is the benchmark of the 10s series. Nose: Fruity sweetness, with a small amount of smoke . Palate: caramel apples and pineapple. A lovely amount of peat with the charred oak. Finish: A strong peat smoke with a salty air combination.
