50cl / 16% – This aromatic, well-balanced vermouth from Numquam is named after Hippocrates – the father of modern medicine – and uses Tuscan white wine, infused with a blend of 15 botanicals, including gentian, wormwood, cinnamon, cherries, lemon peel and bitter orange. A bitter, aromatic aperitif, it has a sweet, fruity edge.
