We make our bottles from the glass that already was in use (used bottles from drinks). The raw material is heat treated (500 C) in gas furnaces. After that, glassblower forms each bottle by hand. You can be certain – your bottle is unique! After the heated glass cools down & rest, the craftsmen in western Ukraine, who wrap bottle in wicker, are taken to work. This unique profession is passed from father to son for more than 300 years. Undoubtedly, you need to know that wicker which we use, grows under natural conditions, without adding any fertilizer. The wicker is also subjected to a thermal treatment with water, which makes it resistant to the external environment (temperature, humidity, sun). Cork stopper, which is closing your bottle, cut from cortical bark (without any damage to the tree) in the south of Portugal near the city of Porto. & it’s just a miracle that today we have the opportunity to take in hands the same product which was used by our great-grandfathers.
