The shaker measures 11 x 4.5 assembled (glass inside the base) – the strainer measures 6.5 x 3, the black plastic muddler measures 8.5 x 1.5, the spoon is 10.75 x 1.25, & the spout 4.5 x 1.5 This all adds up to a perfect kit for making professional cocktails, you literally would not need anything else. The cocktail shaker is the version preferred by skilled mixologists. Known as a Boston Shaker, the glass & base provide a lot of shaking space, & when ice is involved inside the shaker, it becomes much colder, much quicker due to the large space. Just be careful when you separate the two halves – you see cocktail experts giving the shaker a little tap to release the glass from the metal section! There is a long cocktail spoon for swirling, a muddler for squishing fruit, a strainer for pouring, & a spout for the neck of your favourite bottle of liqueur.
