3cl / 46% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a smoky, spicy small-batch Irish whiskey from Micil, Inverin is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, including triple distilled peated malt. The whiskey was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in a combination of ex-bourbon quarter casks, Pedro Ximenez casks and ex-Micil peated poitín octaves.
