70cl / 58% – Made from freshly pressed Nkomazi sugar cane juice from Mhoba Estate, near the village of Malalane in South Africa, Mhoba Select is a blend of artisanal pot still rums. Aromas of earthy turmeric and saffron mingle with cooked root vegetables, powdered sugar and fresh mint on the nose. The palate offers notes of roasted parsnips, white pepper, bitter gourds, apricot and fresh cream, over a backdrop of grassy sugar cane.
