McHenry Hohnen – Calgardup Brook Vineyard Chardonnay 2018 75cl Bottle

The nose opens with notes of oyster shell and frangipani with delicate nashi pear and nectarine. On the palate, this Chardonnay shows a beautiful complexity both from wild fermentation and extended time on lees. A distinctive saline acidity also comes through and the length is excellent.
