Mancino Vecchio Vermouth 2012 / Bot.2013

75cl / 16% – Mancino Vecchio claims to be the first aged, sweet vermouth. A small amount of Mancino’s Rosso Amaranto that was blended in 2012, was aged in an Italian-oak cask for a year. The result is a rich, nutty and fruity vermouth with notes of cherry, honey, raisins, dark chcolate and vanilla. Exceptional. The serving suggestion is chilled, neat, pairedwith anfter-dinner cheese or deserts.
