Lustau – Solera Puerto Fino 75cl Bottle

Aged in American oak casks through the traditional ‘solera y criaderas’ method in our winery in El Puerto de Santa Maria, a seaside town situated in the Sherry triangle. Pale yellow in colour, reminiscent of yeast on the nose. Dry and crisp on the palate. Food pairings – Ideal as an aperitif and a good match for fish, sushi and sashimi.
