Kiyoko Yuzu and Junmai Sake

70cl / 8% – A bright, vibrant yuzu sake from Kiyoko that is made by combining hand-picked Japanese yuzu, juiced straight after being picked, and Junmai sake. The sake is made with highly-prized Gohyakumangoku rice and Miyamizu water from Mount Rokko, creating a crisp, slightly savoury base that tempers the lively, tart yuzu.
