Japanese Gin

70cl / 42% – A Japanese-inspired gin from The Cambridge Distillery, combining juniper, shisho leaf, sesame seeds, cucumber, sansho and yuzu fruit. Each botanical is vacuum distilled at a low temperature individually and then blended together – a uniquely herbaceous and spicy gin.
