75cl / 12.5% – Jacquesson Avize Champ Cain 2009 Champagne is made with 100% Chardonnay and matured for almost 10 years on the lees. The nose offers aromas of ripe apples, pears, yuzu and freshly-baked bread that are complemented by notes of green apples, toasted chestnuts and delicate minerality throughout the palate.
