Highland Park Capella Whisky

This special release from 2002, was created to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Orkney’s Italian Chapel. Only 5,400 bottles were ever made, these are getting harder to find! Nose: Honey with apricots, plums and a little smoky and salty. Palate: Creamy sherry, caramel, vanilla, fruit cake and peaches! Finish: Short but sweet!
