Hibiki 12 Year Old Whisky 50cl

The Suntory Hibiki 12 Year Old is a fantastic Japanese blended whisky. Some of the whisky has been matured in plum liqueur casks. A blend of Hakushu, Yamazaki and aged Chita. Sadly now discontinued. Nose: A combination of rich caramel, oak, honey, fresh straw, flowers and plum jam. Palate: Soft and smooth with a spicy citrus zest across the palate with a slow release of apples, raspberries and sharp sweet grains. Finish: Long, dry and lightly spiced.
