Matured in a high proportion of first fill sherry seasoned oak casks and bottled at natural colour. This expression delivers heady notes with a character defined by salted caramel, mango and coriander seeds. Aroma: Tropical fruits of mango and pineapple, leading to cedar wood. Taste: Coriander seeds, violets and a hint of salted caramel. Finish: Sweet, lasting floral and citrus notes. Best served neat.
