70cl / 40% – A citrusy, spicy single pot still whiskey from Gelston’s. Irish single pot still whiskey is made in a similar way to single malt but uses a combination of malted barley and un-malted grains. This is a bright and easy going example of the style with white fruit and butter pastry on the palate.
