75cl / 12% – An elegant English rosé sparkling wine from Dorset, with aromas of wild strawberries, white peaches and rosehips. These are accompanied by flavours of brioche, cream-laden scones, summer berries, nectarines and apricot. This is a delicious and great-value sparkling rosé that can be paired very well with scallop and prawn dishes, as well as enjoyed as an aperitif.
