50cl / 43% – A golden agricole-style rum/rhum that’s a truly international creation. It’s made using cane juice that’s fermented in Reunion and then shipped to Paris, where it’s distilled by the Julhès Brothers at their 10th-arrondissement distillery. It’s a complex and fruity spirit, with a combination of soft vegetal and sharper citrus character.
