Dingle Whiskey Batch 5 Irish Single Malt Whiskey

3cl / 46.5% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of the fifth release of single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle Distillery. This whisky has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, Pedro Ximenez sherry and Madeira wine casks. Aromas of crème brulee, salted caramel and honeycomb fill the nose, complemented by notes of sun-dried raisins, blossom honey, Tiramisu and vanilla throughout the palate.
