If you want to make sure you receive one, make sure to ask. -I will never send a mockup before an order is actually placed. -If a mockup is sent, it is more so as a courtesy & to make sure that I have the correct elements that were provided for your order (correct images, colors, text, icons- if any of those are applicable). If you want to make any changes after it has been sent to you- there will be additional charges based on what you want to change. This is because making designs & patterns is very time consuming.
