Champagne Telmont Blanc de Blancs 2013

This is a magnificent Blanc de Blancs Champagne, with classic aromas of struck flint, honey and privet hedge clippings on a sunny summer’s day. Classy on the palate and bone dry, with lemony fruit character, yeast extract, crayfish shell and understated umami richness. Lean and long on the finish. Superb.
