70cl / 49% – A 2017 Castan-Villanova single malt French whisky from Version Francais that spent time in an ex-white wine cask. Aromas of sweet almonds, summer flowers and soft smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of old leather, grapefruit and dried flowers throughout the palate.
