75cl / 12.5% – Made solely from Chardonnay grapes, including those from grand cru sites in the Côte des Blancs, this is a superb Champagne to pair with food. It has aromas of coconut, citrus and crème pâtissière, accompanied by creamy savoury flavours that are cut through by clean ripe citrus.
