Auchroisk – 10 Year Old Flora and Fauna 70cl Bottle

Appearance: Light amber. Body: Light to medium. Nose (unreduced): A decidedly sweet aromatic nose. Sherry, cooking apples, fruits and cereal combine with the perfume of Parma violets and a short whiff of almonds. Nose (30%): The apple sweetness softens to be accompanied by butterscotch. Taste: Light, fresh and well balanced with apple sweetness. Finish: Short smooth finish with a slight salty aftertaste.
