Ashling Park Brut NV

75cl / 12% – A fresh and beguiling English sparkling wine, made on the chalky South Downs in Sussex. Made from 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, this has flavours of white flowers and ripe stone fruits, balanced by a chalky acidity. This was awarded a gold medal at the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards.
