75cl / 12.6% – The 2018-vintage Arbois Trousseau from Fumey Chatelain is made with organically-grown grapes and natural yeasts, and offers notes of black pepper, strawberry compote and dried Mediterranean herbs, the palate is light and fresh with a hint of cherry and a flinty minerality. A great alternative to Pinot Noir. Try pairing this wine with rabbit or monkfish.
