A summery cocktail with smoked southern yellow peaches smoke infused sugar cubes, oranges, lemon, mint & ginger. The peaches are smoked at low temperatures, dehydrated & conditioned. Infuse with bourbon or whiskey for 3 days. Strain pour over ice with splash of ginger beer & soda water, or top with ginger ale.
