Yves Cuilleron – St Joseph Rouge Cavanos 2019 75cl Bottle

Complex and full on the nose. Mature aromas of ripe red fruits with a bit of graphite. Well balanced in the mouth, fleshy, with velvety tannins offering a lovely length with freshness spice. May be drunk young but also laid down for a decade or so. Syrah grapes picked from a selection of old vines (20-40 years old) from hillside terraces.
