Yaguara Organic Cachaca

70cl / 41.5% – Yaguara is an organic Brazilian cachaça made by a fifth-generation family owned producer. Twenty per cent of the blend is aged in oak for between five and six years, adding an extra layer of complexity. This has notes of lemongrass, camomile and black pepper and will make an extra-spicy Caipirinha.
