50cl / 45.3% – An aromatic gin from Germany’s Sauerland mountain range, made with native botanicals including sorrel, spruce tops, nettles and dandelion root, as well as juniper and more. The palate offers notes of fragrant citrus, juniper, pine needles, green apples, garden herbs and hints of roasted coffee.
