70cl / 43% – Fresh, aromatic dry gin made with botanicals found in Wimbledon, including gorse flower and heather from the famous common, local honey and fruity cascade hops from Wimbledon Brewery. Calls for quality tonic water and a wedge of orange but is likewise excellent in a Gin Sour.
