William Saintot Blanc de Noirs Champagne

75cl / 12.5% – Based in the east of the Marne Valley William Saintot works its vineyards sustainably and is converting to organic production. They age not only in oak and steel but also concrete eggs. On the nose there is candied orange, brazil nut, and roasted chestnut. The palate has an intense apple note, marmalade and a savoury herbaceous edge.
