70cl / 42% – Unit Six Gin is made using six botanicals, including juniper, freesia and pink pepper. By using vacuum distillation it is possible to extract the most delicate flavours from the botanicals, creating a clean, balanced spirit with delicate floral notes, sweet pine, fresh bergamot and delicate, spicy peppercorns.
