70cl / 40% – A three-year-old Cachaca from Weber Haus that was initially matured for two years in French oak casks, before being finished for one year in balsam casks. Light and refreshing, the palate offers notes of green grass, black pepper, cashew nuts, vanilla, ginger, allspice and sugar cane the linger in the finish.
