All products are hand crafted in my workshop in Scotland. A hand crafted vintage oak half whisky barrel bespoke drinks cabinet/cocktail cabinet/mancave/bookcase/display cabinet/retail /Christmas gift. These retired Loch Lomond solid oak 40 gallon Scottish whisky barrels have been in the whisky distillery industry for decades & are extremely robust & ooze character & charm. Lovingly stripped & sanded whilst retaining the original patina, each stave has been predrilled & fastened using high quality domed screws. The back & middle shelf are comprised of reclaimed chunky timber in keeping with the overall theme. The cabinets are then waxed, polished & coated with a semi gloss satin waterproof treatment to protect the wood & metal. This creates a very imposing look indeed. The cabinet will display over 20 bottles on the inside & includes a rustic mounted bottle opener. Would grace any surrounding from a country house to a contemporary setting. Being a half barrel this cabinet would fit perfectly into small homes. It would certainly make an impressive gift & create an obvious talking point.
