Vintage Mettlach Villeroy & Boch Stein, 18th Convention Mettlach-Trier, 6-3/4 tall with the lid included in the height, 6 wide including the handle, Beautiful Stein, Great Condition. The wrap-around decoration on this stein depicts a late 19th century tavern scene & was created by Mettlach artist Charles van Zudert. The lid inlay symbolizes the transatlantic friendship between the German host chapter, Mettlach Steinzeugsammler, & American-based Stein Collectors International. At a scheduled post-convention tour stop in Munich, attendees were treated to a Streetcar Beerparty where they were given another, albeit unofficial, drinking vessel, this time in the form of a half-liter stoneware mug with transfer decoration. Buyer pays actual shipping in US only. Message me with questions. Thanks for looking. Vintage Mettlach Villeroy & Boch Stein, Tavern Scene, 18Th Convention Mettlach-Trier, 6-3/4 Tall, 6
