Antique German Corkscrew spring frame self pull wooden handle This is a nice early C20th German, spring assisted corkscrew with a fine, sharp steel helical screw which winds into the cork, compressing the spring & this in turn assists in removal of the cork Beautifully made with a ‘tap’ style turned wooden pull & a long helical archimedean screw Fully useable with a few knocks & lovely patina of age & wear. A practical & unusual mechanical corkscrew, great for wine buffs or collectors.
