Vintage German Cobalt Stoneware Wine Pitcher

Handsome vintage half litre German wine jug. Made of salt-glazed stoneware, this item is in very good pre-owned condition. It has a small imperfection in the rim which appears to have happened during production. This is seen in pictures. This piece measures 5 1/2 tall & 6 across the middle including the handle. There is a raised relief with a cobalt blue background depicting an ancient drinking wine as well as a grape motif.
