Veuve Clicquot – Rich White NV 75cl Bottle

In the history of Champagne, wines that were blended for greater sweetness were customarily described as Rich. In Russia, consumers would add sugar to their champagne, thus adding a personal touch to their wine. The Rich blend is comprised of Pinot Noir (45%), the main pillar of Veuve Clicquots winemaking, which gives the champagne its fundamental structure. The large part of Meunier (40%) provides roundness to the blend and Chardonnay (15%) completes it with extra freshness. For Rich Ros, the blend is completed with 15% Pinot Noir red wine. Richs uniqueness is in its dosage of 60 g/L, which enhances the blends aromas.
