So we add ripe gorgeous raspberries and blackcurrants with real depth and character. On the nose echoes of raspberry sorbet will resonate with the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity and clean minerality followed by reassuring notes of nutmeg. The palette certainly experiences both raspberry and blackcurrant leaf with the tannins you’d expect from real fruit. A perfect balance of sweetness and dry is detected, thanks to an entirely natural process. And the finish?
