70cl / 47% / Bristol Classic Rum – A 12-year-old Venezuelan rum from Bristol Classic Rum that was made at Destileria Sofa and matured in refill American oak until it was bottled in 2022. Aromas of soft fruit, light oak and blossom honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of baking spices, plums, banana, pineapple and toffee throughout the palate.
