Australia’s most awarded gin, the Cutlass is an unashamedly savoury New World take on a London Dry Gin that introduces uniquely Australian aromatic. 

At 50% ABV, this gin showcases a dominant botanical presence of Bush Tomato, delivering a robust and full-bodied profile reminiscent of sun-dried tomatoes on steroids—spicy, earthy, almost vegemitey. Cinnamon Myrtle adds a sweet spice note with a hint of herbal depth, while fresh lemon and lime peels ensure citrus remains a vital component. 

The higher alcohol content is essential to integrate the intense flavour oils from the Bush Tomato, enhancing the gin’s complexity without aiming to inebriate—just intensify the flavour experience!
